The disclosure teaches apparatus for ejecting lengths of wire which includes a plurality of rotatable rings each having an annular slot communicating with radial slot extending to the periphery of the ring. Also included are a plurality of fixed rings having at least one substantially radial slot extending to the periphery thereof. Means are provided for mounting the rotatable and fixed rings in alternating array. with the slots in the fixed rings in radial alignment, Means are also provided for introducing lengths of wire axially through the annular slots in the rotating rings and the radial slots in the fixed rings. Means are also provided for rotating the rotatable rings whereby the lengths of wire will be ejected from the radial slots in the fixed rings by the combined camming action of the walls of the radial slots in the rings.
