PURPOSE:To photograph efficiently without restrictions due to an air region, a ground form, or the like, by controlling a photographing device which is suspended from a supporting member suspended from a balloon by a remote controller. CONSTITUTION:Detaining tools 3 are attached to both sides of the body part of a balloon 1, and a supporting member 4 is supported in the horizontal direction and is suspended from detaining tools 3. Detaining tools 7 are attached to the lower side of the supporting member 4 on the bow side of the balloon 1, and one ends of anchoring ropes 8 of detaining tools 7 are connected, and the other ends of anchoring ropes 8 are wound up around a take-up drum 9. The height of the balloon 1 is adjusted by anchoring ropes 8. A through hole 10 in the vertical direction is formed in a position toward the back from the middle part in the supporting member 4, and this through hole 10 is used to suspend a photographing device 12 by a suspending member 11. The suspending member 11 is provided with joints 13 and 14 which are turned in two-dimensional directions. The object grasped by a monitor TV camera 52 is received by a receiver of a controller 73 on the ground, and the object is confirmed and is photographed. |
