PURPOSE:To enable to insert a coil in one step without damage by forming of stripper blocks superposed concentrically, forming a notch capable of passing the coil slidably to the first stripper, and forming many grooves on the outer periphery of the second stripper. CONSTITUTION:The first stripper 12 formed with three radial pressing pieces 12c is disposed on the third stripper 13 having a top of approximately conical shape, and fixed with bolts 17. Two stripper blocks are concentrically arranged fixedly in this manner to form the strippers. The first stripper 12 is slidably contracted with the inside of a blade 4 on the outer peripheral surface of a projection 10, the outer periphery is extended in a blade range, engaged with the blade 4c, and slidably composed. The second stripper 13 is formed with many grooves 13a axially on the outer periphery in such a manner that the grooves 13a are engaged with the blades 4, 4c. |
