<p>PURPOSE:To improve sensitivity of the titled device by preventing a motivated flux of a coil from passing through a permanent magnet and operating as an attractive force of an armature. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 15 and a yoke 16 are attached to a center part of a U-shaped yoke 11. On the other hand, an armature 17, which can be moved reciprocally, is provided between leg parts 12, 13 of the yoke 11. The end parts 18, 19 of the armature 17 are put through coils 20, 21 provided to fixed positions. The armature 17 is shifted to the z1 direction when a motivated flux is produced to the directions of solid lines x1, x2 by the excitation of the coils 20, 21 and to the opposite direction against z1 when the direction of the magnetization is opposite. The motivated flux x1, x2 can be prevented to the utmost from passing through a magnet 15 which has a large magnetic resistance. Therefore, a small exciting current applied to the coil 20, 21 can shift the armature 17 so that the sensitivity can be improved.</p> |
