PURPOSE:To perform excellent damping operation which is free from a resonance phenomenon by sticking a damper member at either side of the position of the working surface of each elastic member. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a mirror frame 18 containing an objective lens 16, magnetic band 21 attached at the outer circumference of the frame 18 with a certain gap, a pair of plate type elastic members 19 and 20 which execute tracking action with an end of each member set into the gap, and a holding member 7 holding the other end of each of members 19 and 20. Then damper members 22/22' and 22''/22'' made of silicone resin, viscous rubber, etc. are stuck to either side surface of the working curved surface positions of the members 19 and 20. |
