The end 2 of a shaft 1 is sealed by a sleeve 4 applied via its edge 5 against a wall 7 and ending in a ring 8 in which the end 2 which is off-centred in the form of a sleeve swivels. The ring 8 is prevented from revolving on itself and its oscillation serve to transmit the movement of the shaft 1 beyond the sleeve 4. <IMAGE>
