PURPOSE:To simplify assembly process and protect the piping part from external force by face-abutting valves onto the outside surface of a manifold and allowing all ports for inflow and outflow of working-liquid to be opened and connected onto said joint surface. CONSTITUTION:In a manifold 12, working-liquid flowing passages 24, 26, 28, 33, 36, 41, 45, 47, 49, 52, 54, and 64 are formed in a main plate 67, and working- liquid flowing passages 20, 29, 37, 39, 56, 62, and 65 are formed in a sub P1 68, and further a working-liquid flowing passage 38 is formed in a bypass plate 69. All ports 23, 25, 27, 32, 44, 46, 48, 51, 53, 31, 34, 35, 58, 59, and 61 for inflow and outflow of working-liquid are opened on the joint surfaces 21a, 22a, 30a, and 57a of the respective valves 21, 22, 30, and 57 for the manifold. Each valve is face- abutted and fixed at a prescribed positions on the outside surfaces 12a of the manifold 12.
