PURPOSE:A same kind of base fat is used in both chocolate materials for the three-dimensional ornamental pattern and the major body so that the amounts are specified respectively to enable efficient molding of the titlted chocolate. CONSTITUTION:In the production of decorative chocolate where a hollow is formed inside the major body A and the decorative part B of a thin thickness with three-dimensional ornamental pattern on the surface is molded and fitted to the outside of the major body A, a same kind of base fat such as cacao butter is used in both chocolate material for the decorative part B and the material C for the major body A. The content of the base fat ranges from 30-40wt% and the difference in the content is set within 10wt%. The use of the chocolate material enables easy and efficient hollow formation in the body A and the adhesion of the decorative part B to the major body A.
