PURPOSE:To attain the control from plural supervisory control stations by transmitting control station changeover information from the plural supervisory control stations to change over the controllable supervisory control station although the supervisory control station transmitting a polling signal is always one station. CONSTITUTION:When a supervisory control station A transmits a polling signal, a supervisory control station B receives contents by a receiving logical section 3 of the own station and outputs a transmission stop instruction to a transmission stop section 4 of the own station. The supervisory control station B and control stations C, D, E, F, G to be supervised receive the polling signal by the receiving logical section 3 or 6 in the own station, transmit an instruction to a transmission logical section 1 or 7 to be supervised in the own station only when the own station is called and inform the state of the own station to the supervisory stations A and B. When the supervisory control station A receives a polling stop signal from the supervisory control station B, the station A stops the polling operation. Then, it is possible to supervise and control control station groups C, D, E, F, G... to be supervised by plural supervisory control stations. |
