PURPOSE:To reduce an electric power loss substantially and make an operation in a high flux range possible and increase an operating frequency significantly by a method wherein a core, composed of wound or laminated super rapid quenched metal magnetic strips, is wound by a conductive wire and another super rapid quenched metal magnetic strip is wound on it to form a magnetic path. CONSTITUTION:A core is formed by winding and/or laminating super rapid quenched metal magnetic strips 1 and combined with a necessary conductive coil 2. Another super rapid quenched metal strip 3 is wound so as to cover at least a part of the coil and a magnetic circuit as a transformer is completed including the core 1. Application of the material with low magnetic strain and high magnetic flux such as FeAlSi system super rapid quenched material, especially Fe-Si system or Fe-Al system material shows significant effect and when the value of the magnetic strain conforms -5X10<-6lambdas<+5X10<-6>, the effect is remarkable. |
