PURPOSE:To make contact rotary parts such as a potentiometer, etc. unnecessary and to detect a bearing with a high sensitivity by forming an electrostatic capactiy by electrodes provided on a rotor and a stator, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The upper and lower opening parts of a cylindrical body 3 are closed by stator parts 2, 4, respectively. Plate-like electrodes 20-23, 40-43 are provided at intervals of 90 degrees on these stator parts 2, 4, respectively. On the other hand, a rotor part 5 is provided with plate-like electrodes 50, 51 and a permanent magnet 54 on both surfaces, and supported so as to be freely rotatable by bearing pivots 25, 45, respectively, to the stator parts 2, 4. An electrostatic capacity is formed between each electrode provided on the stator parts 2, 4 and each electrode provided on the rotor part 5. By forming in this way, contact rotary parts such as a potentiometer, etc. become unnecessary, and a bearing can be detected with a high sensitivity. |
