PURPOSE:To travel while holding cabin horizontally even over an inclined travel path by providing a sub-frame provided with a cabin in the center while a pair of steering systems back and fro rotatably on the chassis. CONSTITUTION:When travelling on horizontal path, hydraulic cylinder 29 in a swing up device 25 is contracted by an operating lever 26 to mount a sub-frame 7 on a lateral beam 3 of chassis 1 while to secure a cabin 12 in forward direction (solid line) or rearward (imaginary line). Then a steering system 13 is operated to drive rear wheel 6 through hydraulic motor 5 and to travel while maintaining the cabin 12 horizontally. While when travelling on inclined path, the hydraulic cylinder 29 is extended through the operating lever 26 to rotate a bending link 27 thus to rotate the sub-frame 7 upwardly around the shaft 11 and stop horizontally. When descending, for example, the cabin 12 is secured rearward and operates the steering system 14. |
