<p>PURPOSE:To suppress rise of oil temp. by furnishing a pilot valve to open a by-pass, which puts a cylinder chamber and a tank chamber in communication when a relief valve is opened and working liquid from cylinder chamber flows out to the tank chamber, and thereby minimizing the load when a diaphragm is locked. CONSTITUTION:When a diaphragm is locked, the pressure in a cylinder chamber 22 will, for a short time in the initial period of piston 13 moving in the direction of arrow C, become equal to a specific pressure of a relief valve, not illustrated, which is opened when the inner pressure of said chamber 22 has exceeded a specific value and returns the working liquid in said chamber 22 to the tank chamber 7, whereafter a pilot valve 52 moves in the direction of arrow A to open a by-pass 51 which puts the cylinder chamber 22 in communication with the tank chamber 7. Therefore the pressure in the cylinder chamber 22 becomes approx. atmospheric pressure. In this case, accordingly, the work is equal to sending out the working oil at atmospheric pressure to cause reduction of the amount of work compared with conventional arrangement, which will lead to suppression of oil temp. rise as well as make possible saving the power consumption.</p> |
