发明名称 HEAT ACCUMULATING TANK
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the heat exchange efficiency, to make the structure simple and to lower the production cost, by arranging a plurality of columns and rows of basic elements each having a plurality of suspended heat accumulating bodies each of which has a heat accumulating material contained in a film material. CONSTITUTION:Only the upper part of a heat accumulating tank casing 10 is provided with support sections 11 and five columns of the basic elements 19 each having six heat accumulating bodies 12 suspended are provided. A heat transfer medium 13 is introduced from an inflow port 14 and after its heat has been transferred to the heat accumulating bodies 12, it is discharged from an outflow port 15. The basic element 19 has an integrated structure that is divided by sealing sections 18 into six space parts, and the space parts are filled with a heat accumulating material 16 to constitute the heat accumulating body 12. Use is made of sodium sulphate decahydrate that contains a gelling agent and a supercooling preventive for the heat accumulator, the space parts enclosed by an aluminium laminate are filled with said sodium sulphate decahydrate, and the sealing sections 18 are formed by pressing the laminate film under pressure and heating. Thus as the heat accumulating material is fairly thin, the heat transfer of the heat accumulating container can be improved, and further as it is only required that the heat accumulating bodies are suspended from the support rods, the inner structure is made simple.
