EXAMPLE:7-[ 2-( 2-Aminothiazol-4-yl )-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-methylthiomethyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid. USE:An antimicrobial agent. PREPARATION:A compound of formula V or a reactive derivative at the amino group or a salt thereof is reacted with a compound of formula VI or a reactive derivative at the carboxy group or a salt thereof.
