PURPOSE:To easily obtain an inductor which may be formed easily and has a high inductance by winding a coil to the magnetic core, connecting ends of coil to terminals provided at both ends of magnetic core and by burying them in the external resin mold. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic core 2 with collar having a wound coil is fixed and held in such a way as being hooked to the cut-away part 3a of flat type terminal 3 at the collars 2a in both sides thereof and the end of coil 1 is connected to a part of terminal 3. An external resin mold 4 is formed by burying such coil with terminal in the molding resin. Particularly, the terminal 3 is flat, and the end in the magnetic core side is parallel to the axial direction of magnetic core 2. The end surface of terminal 3 orthogonally crosses with a magnetic flux and an eddy current is generated within the cross section of terminal 3. Thereby, deterioration of inductor can be prevented. The external end of terminal 3 is bent along the external bottom of external resin mold 4. |
