Spectacle frame having a mount and ear bows, which can be altered in appearance and/or colour and in which at least parts of the mount (2) and/or of the ear bows (3, 3') have an accessible hollow channel (4). The material of the spectacle frame is transparent at least in the region of the hollow channel (4) and at least to the outside, so that the optical power of the medium with which the hollow channel is exchangeably filled can be developed.
