The invention relates to a device for stretching mocassins (M) with exclusively mechanical action. The stretching is performed by a jockey roller (8) which is equipped with an expediently formed and supported horizontal and vertical pendulum movement and which presses down and stretches one seam fold after another, the mocassin being located on an electrically heated aluminium form (4) which is fixed on a rotary head (1) (Fig. 1).
