<p>The stretcher vehicles are generally comprised of a lower carriage (1) and, thereabove, of a stretcher receiving frame (2). The vehicles are essentially intended to facilitate the work of the stretcher-bearers. The present invention provides an improvement for these vehicles in order to facilitate the unloading of the stretchers, particularly from or into an ambulance, and to further facilitate the work of the nursery personnel, optionally of the doctor, during the treatment of a sick or injured person. According to the present invention, a device (3, 4) for the height displacement of the frame (2) is provided between the carriage (1) and the receiving frame (2) so as to enable the installation of the stretcher each time at the desired height. </p> |
