PURPOSE:To avoid the drop-out or overlap of data despite the switching of an output pattern by switching the pattern at the switching point of a frame. CONSTITUTION:The switch signal is synchronized with the frame phase of a digital signal through a phase synchronizing circuit 6, and therefore the switching is always carried out at the switching point of frames. The time slot replacing circuits 21-2m read out the data written in a frame after changing the order of the data at the next frame. Thus the input data stored within a certain frame are all stored within the same frame also when they are delivered. The output data has no drop-out nor overlap since a pattern is always switched at the switching point of the frames. |
