PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of rust as well as alleviate the opening and closing operation forces of a gate by a method in which the main part of a gate is covered with powder-coat, an elastic sealing member is provided in necessary portions, and a soft coating material is provided in the sliding parts. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate gate 3 whose outer surface is provided with a powder-coat is provided in a vertically operable manner, and a guide frame 6 whose outer surface is provided with a powder-coat and serving to guide both sides of the gate 3 for coupling is provided. Elastic sealing members 9A and 9B are provided on both sides of guide faces G in parallel with the flow path directions of the gate 3 and the guide frame 6, and they are pressingly fixed to the upstream side of the gate 3 by sliding plates 10. A softer coating material 11 than the coat film of the guide frame 6 is provided on the outer surface of the sliding plates 10. An efficient gate device having excellent corrosion resistance and requiring no great forces for operation can thus be obtained. |
