摘要 PURPOSE:To rapidly analyze a heavy metal with good accuracy by injecting a minute amount of a specimen solution, by directly injecting a solution of a heavy metal obtained by chelate extraction in a chlorinated hydrocarbon solvent into an analyzer while continuously introducing a carrier liquid into said apparatus from a nebulizer. CONSTITUTION:A solution obtained by transferring a heavy metal such as lead, Cd. copper or Ni extracted from various water specimens, a living body specimen such as serum or a solid specimen extracted by using a chelate agent such as dithizone to a chlorinated hydrocarbon solvent such as CHCl3 or CCl4 is directly analyzed. That is, said solution is injected in an atomic absorption analytial apparatus from the specimen injecting part 4 thereof while a carrier liquid (methanol is pref.) 7 is continuously sent to said apparatus where mixed with said solution and the resulting mixture is injected into an atomizer chamber 1 from a nebulizer 6. The numeral 5 shows CHidenticalCH and the numerals 2, 3 show supplied air. By this method, 1-100mul of the minute amount heavy metal solution is used to make it possible to perform analysis with good accuracy within a short time because re-extraction is not required.
