PURPOSE:To prevent wrinkles from being generated during heat treatment by laminating multiple shadow masks prior to molding and flatly shifting the laminated shadow mask from the inlet to the outlet of a furnace to heat it in the furnace. CONSTITUTION:A mesh belt 201 is flatly constituted from the inlet A to the outlet B of a furnace 200, and a laminated shadow mask 51 to be heat-treated is flatly shifted through the furnace without being tilted while being mounted on the belt 201 and is heated at a heating section 101. Hydrogen 30 is introduced into the furnace 200 through a pipe 300 at the inlet side of the heating section 101, and nitrogen 31 is introduced through pipes 310 near the inlet A and outlet B respectively. Accordingly, a droop of a mask 51 is eliminated and generation of wrinkles can be prevented. In addition, the effect of oxidation is made small and generation of unevenness due to expansion of bore diameters can be minimized by increasing the transport speed of the mask 51. |
