摘要

PURPOSE:To enhance potential contrast by incorporating a specified charge transfer medium as a sensitizier in a photosensitive body consisting of a polyvinyl carbazole type charge transfer medium and a perylene type charge generating pigment dispersed into this medium. CONSTITUTION:Sensitivity of a photosensitive body is enhanced remarkably and residual potential is lowered by using diphenyl as a charge transfer medium in an amt. of 5-80pts.wt. chasing on 100pts.wt. of PVK, or in addition to this, a kind of halonaphthoquinones in an amt. of 5-40wt% of it.
