PURPOSE:To simplify production processes, facilitate and economize quality control by forming a spiral groove on the outer side surface of a boss fitted on a steering shaft, fitting and winding the central portion of a spoke core bar around the groove. CONSTITUTION:A boss 1 fitted onto a steering wheel is formed cylindrically and on the outer side surface 11 with a spiral groove 12. And the central portion 21 of a spoke core bar 2 formed of round metal bar is fitted on the groove 12 of said boss 1 while being wound around the boss 1 to be securely fixed thereto. |
