PURPOSE:To attain the adaptation of a small-scale circuit to a facsimile system by connecting successively plural connected slave devices to a master device in accordance with a general end command given from a facsimile device of the master device. CONSTITUTION:An original is set to a facsimile device 10 of a master device, and slave devices 12b-12e to which the original is transmitted are set to a circit controller 11. The controller 11 connects these devices 12b-12e to the device 10, then transmits a general command to the device 10 to inform the general multi-address communication is possible. Then the general transmission is started with push of a switch of the device 10, and a general end command is sent to the controller 11 from the device 10 when the transmission is through with the final page. Then the controller 11 connects the circuits of the device 10 and the device 12b only and transmits a general end response. Then the device 10 outputs the number of sheets of originals received normally and the information on the reception of jam, etc. to the device 12b. In the same way, the general end responses are delivered to the devices 12c-12e respectively to perform the processing. When the processing is over, all sequences end. |
