<p>Cephalosporin derivatives of the general formula II <IMAGE> where X denotes a 1,2,5,6-tetrahydro-2-methyl-5,6-dioxo- as-triazin-3-yl group or a 2,5-dihydro-6-hydroxy-2-methyl- 5-oxo-as-triazin-3-yl group, and R denotes an eliminable protecting group, and the carboxyl group can be present in protected form, are intermediates for preparing therapeutically active cephalosporin derivatives. The cephalosporin derivatives II can be prepared by reacting compounds III <IMAGE> where the amino group can also be present in protected form, with acids IV, or functional reactive derivatives thereof, <IMAGE> and subsequently eliminating the protecting group.</p> |
