<p>PURPOSE:To recognize and process a picture with reduced memory capacity and high accuracy by changing a sampled region to be processed in a screen by an external control signal, and changing the frequency of a sampling pulse to vary the image resolution. CONSTITUTION:An FF36 is set by the output of a detecting circuit 21 which detects the coincidence between the counted value of a horizontal counter 18 and the set value of a register 29, and reset by the output of a detcting circuit 20 which detects the coincidence between the counted value of the counter 18 and the set value of a register 28. A horizontal synchronizing signal is obtained at the output of the FF36, then supplied to a TV camera 10. At the same time, a vertical synchronizing signal is obtained at the output of an FF37 is set and reset by the output which detects 23 the coincidence between the counted value of a vertical counter 19 and the set value of a register 31 and the output which detects 22 the coincidence between the counted value of the counter 19 and the set value of the register 30, respectively. This vertical synchronizing signal is also supplied to the camera 10. Thus it is possible to process the picture by the low image resolution at first and then by the high image resolution only in a region to be noticed.</p> |
