PURPOSE:To cause the forming of a sheet to be speedy and stable by applying respectively the voltage to the gap between an electrode and a movable cooling member, and the higher voltage than above mentioned voltage to the gap between a nozzle and the movable cooling member, while extruding thermoplastic polymer on the surface of the movable cooling member like sheet. CONSTITUTION:A movable cooling member 2 is coated with a conductive film 8 through an insulating film 7. Said conductive film 8 is connected to one terminal of a power source 6 whose another terminal is connected to an earth line. Then, the polymer sheet 3 extruded in molten state from a nozzle 1 is caused to be in contact with the movable cooling member 2 coated with the conductive film 8, and the sheet 3 is cooled and made into solid polymer sheet. When voltage E2 is supplied from the power source 6, the voltage E, which is lower than the power source-voltage E2 by the voltage drop at a resistor 9 is applied to the gap between an electrode and the conductive film 8 of the movable cooling member 2, and further, the voltage E2 higher than the voltage E1 is applied to the gap between the nozzle 1 and the conductive film 8 of the movable cooling member 2. Thus, the voltage E1 is applied to the gap between the electrode and the movable cooling member, and then the voltage E2 higher than the voltage E1 is applied to the gap between the nozzle and the movable cooling member, whereby the sheet may be formed at high speed and stable condition. |
