PURPOSE:To measure a liquid concn. automatically, highly precisely and rapidly by detecting a temp. due to the reaction heat in a reactor vessel attached to a rotating shaft through a heat insulating plate by a low- and high-sensitivity sensors and processing the detected data by a computer. CONSTITUTION:To the reaction vessel 1 contained in a cover 2 and attached to the rotating shaft 25 through the heat insulating plate 26, a measuring liquid from a vessel 6 for the measuring liquid and diluting water of a vessel 11 are poured. If then a reagent solution from the reagent solution vessel 17 is titrated, supplied and stirred by the rotation of the vessel 1 together with the shaft 25, the temp. is raised by the reaction heat. The raised temp. is detected by the low- and high-sensitivity sensor 20, 21, A/D converted, then processed by a microcomputer 23 having a storing part, a CPU, etc., and the reaction end point is decided from primary derived function of temp. difference, and the supplying quantity of the reagent at the time point is calculated on the basis of the temp. difference-titrating time curve. By the constitution of low quantity of incoming and outgoing heat from the outer part, the liquid concn. is measured automatically, highly precisely and rapidly. |
