PURPOSE:To save power energy by a method wherein a generator is rotated under a condition that a motor for the power is being stopped by the circulating mechanism of the hydraulic turbine. CONSTITUTION:A pump 2 is operated by the rotation of a motor 1 for starting and the circulation of oil is begun while the pressure of a high-pressure oil tank 4 is increased gradually in accordance with the circulation of the oil. When the pressure arrives at a given pressure, an electromagnetic clutch 11, provided in a high-pressure oil pump 7, is cut automatically and the preparation of the electric generation is finished. When a manual valve 8 is opened, an oil motor 3 begins to rotate to drive the generator 7 and the generation of electric power is begun. The oil, rotating the oil motor 3, is returned to the high-pressure oil pump 2. |
