PURPOSE:To measure the diameter of a work with good accuracy and efficiency by processing arithmetically the outputs of an accelerometer and a speedometer fitted to the measuring surface of the work placed on a rotary table and displaying the same. CONSTITUTION:When a start signal generator 31 is started, a reset signal is generated to rest the memories 34, 35, 37 of integrators A32, B34, C36 and a clock generator 36 operates, thereby starting an integrating calculation. When a table 13 starts, an accelerometer 21 and a speedometer 22 attached to a work 14 transmits a tangent acceleration signal and an angle signal. The tangent acceleration signal is integrated via an AD converter 39 by the integrator 32, and the tangent speed is inputted to a memory 33, the output of which is integrated by the integrator B34, and the circumferential displacement is inputted to a memory 35. The speed signal is likewise integrated by the integrator C36 and the angle is inputted to the memory 37. The diameter is calculated from the outputs of the memories 35, 37 by a calculator 41 and after the diameter is corrected with a corrector 42, the diameter is displayed 43. The diameter is thus measured with good accuracy and efficiency. |
