PURPOSE:To reduce occurrence of broken and bent fibers in fibers deposited on the surface of a porous roller by suction action of suction pipe, by making a yarn passageway line connecting the outer periphery of an opening roller to a yarn-forming part and a yarn-forming line cross at an acute angle. CONSTITUTION:When watched from the shaft direction of the porous roller 12 and the nonporous non-porous roller 10, the angle alpha between the extended line of the central shaft of the yarn passageway 16 connecting the outer periphery of the opening roller 19 to a yarn-forming part and the yarn-forming line YL at a wedge-shaped space is an acute angle from the yarn-forming line. When watched from the shaft direction of the roller 12, the air-permeable holes of the roller 12 are slantingly opened in such a way that the phase of an outer wall face side is more advanced in the rotational direction that of an inner wall face side.
