PURPOSE:To provide the titled nozzle with a better shape reproducibility with no chipping in the periphery of a fine pore by laminating a short tube having a through hole for an ink, an approach plate with a pore and an orifice plate with a fine pore sequentially centering the holes and putting them together by a diffusion welding. CONSTITUTION:A short tube 1 having a through hole 4 for an ink solution, an approach plate 2 with a pore 5 and an orifice plate 3 with a fine pore 6 are laminated sequentially centering the holes and put together by a diffusion welding to obtain an intended inkjet printer nozzle 7. In the shape, the pore 5 is constant in the diameter with straight section with a fixed length or forms a single hyperbolic surface expanding toward one end thereof. Working is possible in various shapes, for example, cutting off the tip (g), providing a screw at a mounting section (h), attaching a flange (i) and giving a taper theta to the mounting section. |
