The present invention relates to a device for fastening prefabricated facade panels onto the structure of a building. The device comprises in combination : rectangular panels provided with at least two threaded sockets 18 at the top part and at the bottom part, threaded sockets 24 provided in the edges of the floor 14 of the building; and fastening components 16 comprising a plane central part 40 for fixing to a floor socket, a lower part 34 for fixing to a socket at the top part of a first panel 10, and an upper part 32 for fixing to a socket at the bottom part of a second panel 12, the said lower and upper parts being contained in a plane separated from the plane of the central part in order to allow the fastening of the panels at a distance from the floor edges.
