PURPOSE:To increase heat-transmitting area per unit volume, contrive to reduce the size of an equipment, and enable to apply the equipment to a particulate material having adhesive property and low fluidity, by a method wherein a plurality of inner cylinders for feeding a particulate material from the inlet side to the outlet side concurrently with rotation of an outer cylinder are fitted in the outer cylinder through tube plates. CONSTITUTION:The particulate material 14 is supplied into a casing 13 through a supplying port 15, is fed toward an opening 18 by rotation of a supplying screw 12 concurrent with the rotation of a main body 1, and is directed to a chute 19, and it is supplied into the inner cylinder 7 located at a lower part of the interior of the casing 1 at that moment. Since the main body 1 has a downward gradient from the inlet side 2 toward the outlet side 3, the material 14 is gradually fed toward the outlet side 3 while being stirred in the inner cylinder 7 concurrently with the rotation of the main body 1, during which it is heated by a heat-transmitting medium 27 supplied from a supplying casing 28 for the medium into a gap 26 through the interior of a shaft 25 for a discharging screw 20. |
