PURPOSE:To issue an alarm automatically a required time before the discharge start, by operating an alarm issue time in accordance with the quantity of water at the discharge start, the current quantity of water, and an operated value of the quantity of inflow water and displaying this time and reporting this time with an alarm. CONSTITUTION:A momently changing pondage and the quantity of water at the discharge start are inputted to a converting part 1. An operating circuit 2 divides the variation of the momently changing pondage during a prescribed time by a prescribed time to operate an inflow quantity. The circuit 2 operates T1= [(the pondage at the discharge start)-(the current pondage)]/(the inflow quantity). If an alarm should be issued 20min before the discharge start, the circuit 2 operates T=T1-20 and display T on a display device 3 and sets a timer 4. The timer 4 operates an alarm device 5 after the time T. Consequently, the display on the dvice 3 and the set value of the timer 4 are changed momently at intervals of a required time. |
