PURPOSE:To obtain a titled supporting device by which a transformer and also a welding gun device can be made small-sized and light, by supporting the transformer by a gun bracket fitted directly to a robot wrist. CONSTITUTION:A gun bracket 2 is constituted of a hollow frame which has a pivotally attaching part 2a of a gun arm 1 and a fitting base part 2b of a robot wrist on the front end and the rear end, respectively, and is longitudinal in the forward and backward directions. Also, a transformer 5 is inserted into the bracket 2, and it is fixed to the bracket 2 in a holding frame 7 of both the front and rear sides for holding a core 6. Accordingly, the holding frame 7 supports only weight of the transformer 5, and therefore, it can be formed in the shape of a plate and can be made light. Also, the capacity of the whole transformer 5 containing the holding frame 7 is reduced, and the quantity of a mold material molded in its inside is reduced, by which it is possible to reduce the cost of the transformer 5 and to make it light-weight. |
