<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a moisture-sensitive element showing a linear responsiveness and having a superior durability by using a polymer or a copolymer of methacrylamide propyltrialkyl ammonium-halide as a moisture sensitive agent. CONSTITUTION:A moisture-sensitive film consisting of a polymer or a copolymer of methacrylamide propyltrialkyl ammonium-halide is formed between a pair of electrodes 1 on an insulated substrate 2. A compound shown by a formula is exemplified as methacrylamide propyltrialkyl ammonium-halide. The polymer or copolymer having 100-3,000 average degree of polymerization is preferable, and the solution wherein said polymer or copolymer is dissolved in an org. solvent such as methanol, acetone is painted between the electrodes and dried to obtain the moisture sensitive film.</p> |
