PURPOSE:To prevent damage caused during the extrusion molding by applying an adhesive in an adhesion area where a soft synthetic resin antislide layer to be shaped by extrusion molding is formed on the surface of a metal base when it is advanced through an extruder. CONSTITUTION:A metal base 1 is formed in the length of normally about 4-6m enough not to be inconvenient to handling it and an thermally active type adhesive is applied in an adhesion area Ra within an antislide layer 2 to be shaped by extrusion molding on the top surface of the margin section 3 thereof. A non- adhesion protective film 8 is formed in an area other than the adhesion area Ra, namely, an exposed area Rb of the surface of the metal base exposed to the surface side of an antislide material A to prevent a melted resin from attaching thereto during the extrusion molding. The non-adhesion protective film 8 uses a heat resistant tape and a coarse tape made of a Kraft paper or rope paper impregnated with a synthetic latex, metal foil or the like. |
