PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a grading of an insulating coating for a magnet wire by flowing currents through a power transformer and specifying the temperatures of a primary coil and a secondary coil. CONSTITUTION:A secondary coil is short-circuited before a power transformer is treated with varnish. Currents are flowed so that the temperatures of a primary coil and the secondary coil reach 110-220 deg.C. Accordingly, energy required for heating is economized only by approximately 45% (Wh/machine), and heating time is also shortened only by 0.4min per one machine. Deterioration by heating is prevented. |
