The present invention relates to an arrangement related to false ceiling constructions for carrying supporting lists 13, on which false ceiling panels 16 are resting, whereby the device is fastened at its upper end to a structural floor or another supporting structure. The object of the present invention is to provide simpler mounting and better possibilities of adjustment as compared to previously known false ceiling constructions. This is accomplished by an upper rail 1 being in engagement with a lower rail 3, and by the rails 1 and 3 being displaceable relative to each other in their longitudinal directions. A retainer element 5 is placed in the lower rail 3 and has a lower, folded edge 8 which slopes relative to the rails 1 and 3. The folded edge 8 is in engagement with a downwardly folded edge 11 at a carrier element 10, whereby the edge 11 has the same sloping as the edge 8. The carrier element 10 is displaceable relative to the retainer element 5. The carrier element 10 carries the panels 16. <IMAGE> |
