PURPOSE:To suppress the unnecessary exchange processing by a central controller by calling a subscriber regulated for calling when the number of lines in use belonging to a calling path does not exceeds a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A storage device 6 stores the number of lines in use belonging to each path at each transmitting path 3 and a comparator 8 compares the number of lines in use with a prescribed number A. The storage device 6 in a main storage device 5 stores subscriber information corresponding to the transmission path. Further, when the number of lines in use exceeds the prescribed number A, the central controller 4 regulates temporarily the call of the subscriber and the subscriber information is stored in the storage device 6. Then, when the number does not exceed the prescribed number A, the subscriber is called based on the subscriber information stored in the storage device 6 for attaining a desired transmission connection. Thus, the unnecessary exchange processing of the central controller is suppressed. |
