PURPOSE:To make it possible to prepare a panel member for building in high efficiency and to reduce the space of a production line, by obtaining two elongated members each having a meshing connection part to a bent segment part formed thereto by cutting the center part of the protruded bent segment part over the longitudinal direction thereof while applying necessary bending processing to the cut parts. CONSTITUTION:A protruded bent segment part 11 is formed to the center part of a surface member 6 over the longitudinal direction thereof and bent segment parts 12, 12 comprising rising parts 3, 3 and telescopic type connection parts 5, 5 are formed to both side edge parts. In order to form expanded bodies in empty places 14, 14, a liquid stock material is diffused in a conical shape from each jet orifice 20 to be sprayed to each of the empty places 14, 14 and thinly adhered to the upward surface of the bent segment parts 12, 12 and the protruded bent segment part 11. Two lining materials 8, 8 are respectively adhered to the connection parts 5 and the protruded bent segment part 11 in an overlapped state. Subsequently, the protruded bent segment part 11 is cut at the center thereof in the longitudinal direction thereof by a slitter 38 while necessary bending processing is applied to the cut parts by a bending processing apparatus 39 to form the connection part 4 to the connection part 5. By this method, productivity can be enhanced and the space of a production line can be reduced. |
