PURPOSE:To obtain a fluoro-resin net for filter, etc., excellent in heat resistance, chemical resistance, and softness, by a method in which the skeleton of a heat- decomposable net structure is covered with fluororesin powder, etc., and heated to decompose and remove the net structure and at the same time the covering fluoro-resin is baked. CONSTITUTION:The skeleton of a heat-decomposable net structure (e.g., polyurethane foam, etc.) is coated with the powder, dispersion liquid, or enamel liquid of a fluoro-resin (e.g., tetrafluoroethylene resin, etc.) and heated to decompose and remove the heat-decomposable net structure and at the same time to bake the coated fluoro-resin for forming the skeleton of the fluoro-resin. An objective net is thus obtained, and the preferred baking temperature of the fluoro-resin is within the range of 250-450 deg.C. |
