PURPOSE:To eliminate secular change in frequency by adhering fixedly a gold layer formed on a pad section on an oscillator, a ''Kovar'' layer formed successively on the surface of a part adhered fixedly of a holder, a copper or nickel layer, and a solder layer via a fixing member made of an alloy comprising gold and a semiconductor. CONSTITUTION:The gold layers 20b, 20a made of gold are formed on the surface of the pad sections 2a, 3a of electrodes 2, 3 formed on a tuning fork type crystal plate 1. A thin layer 6a made of a ''Kovar'' member, a thin layer 6b made of a copper or nickel material, and a thin layer 6c made of a solder member are formed successively on the surface of the pad section 4a of a holder lead wire 4 and a fixed part 4a. Or the thin layer 6a made of iron, the thin layer 6b made of copper or nickel and the thin layer 6c made of a solder member are formed successively to the part 4a. Then, the gold 20a and the thin layer 6c are fixed via a fixing member made of an alloy comprising gold and a semiconductor. Similarly, a fixing part 8a of a supporting base 8 and the pad section 2a are fixed. Thus, the holding of oscillator eliminating frequency secular change is attained. |
