PURPOSE:To improve accuracy in analysis of luminous intensity of fluorescent light, by immersing a material to be measured in a liquid, thereby reducing reflected light. CONSTITUTION:Liquid is put in a container 8 whierein a sample 3 is contained from a tank 10, and the sample 3 is immersed in the liquid. The difference in refractive indexes of the sample 3 and the liquid becomes small in comparison with the case of air, and the surface reflectivity of the sample 3 is decreased. As a result, the reflected light in response to excited light 6 is decreased and the overlapping degree of the fluorescent light and the reflected light from the sample becomes small. Therefore, the accuracy in analysis of the luminous intensity of the fluorescent light can be improved. |
