<p>PURPOSE:To enhance oxygen yield by separating oxygen enriched gas, by a method wherein compressed air is alternately sent into two adsorbing towers filled with synthetic zeolite to perform adsorption and a buffer tank and a washing gas arranged pipe are provided on the way of an exhaust gas arranged pipe and an outlet arranged pipe. CONSTITUTION:An air compressor 1 and two adsorbing towers 13, 14 which are filled with synthetic zeolite and have air inlets 6, 7 are provided. Product gas outlet valves 10, 11 are provided on the way of the outlet arranged pipe 9 connected to a buffer tank 8 from the adsorbing towers while a product gas supply valve 13 is provided on the way of an arranged pipe 12 and exhaust gas valves 15, 16 are provided on the way of an exhaust gas arranged pipe 14. Washing gas valves 18, 19 and a washing gas regulating valve 20 for making a washing gas amount constant are provided on the way of a washing gas arranged pipe 17 for sending washing gas to the adsorbing towers from the buffer tank 8 and an exhaust valve 22 is provided on the way of the exhaust arranged pipe 21 connecting the adsorbing towers.</p> |
