PURPOSE:To inspect an oiling tube safely and simply without mixing gasoline with water by getting air sent into a balloon body mounted in the course of a vertical tube at a required space to inflate it tight on the tube wall so that water subjected to a water pressure inspection is drained from the oiling tube. CONSTITUTION:Balloon bodies 5 and 6 are inserted at upper and lower ends 2a and 2b of a vertical pipeline 2 communicating with an oiling tube 1. Air is sent into the balloon bodies through an air feed pipe 7 to inflate it tight on the wall of the pipeline 2 and then, a valve 10 is closed. Then, water with a required pressure is passed through the oiling tube 1 to inspect possible leakage of the inside thereof 1 and a valve 9 of a drain pipe 8 is opened while air is forced thereinto at the top 1a thereof to drain water therein through the drain pipe 8. Then, the valve 10 is opened and the balloon bodies 5 and 6 are pulled outside. This enables the inspection of the oiling tube simply without mixing gasoline with water. |
