PURPOSE:To obtain boundaries among materials stably according to specifications by extruding, cutting and molding two kinds or more of raw material slurry of different compositions for the permanent magnet consisting of a fundamental formula of MO:Fe2O3 (M=Sr, Ba, Pb) while joining it. CONSTITUTION:Different raw material slurry is extruded from separate cylinder by an extruder, and raw materials (A) and (B) discharged from slurry nozzles 1 are joined and carried through guide plates 2 on a belt conveyor 5. The raw materials are cut conformed to predetermined die size, and slid up to the upper section of a die by a carrier trough 6, a die space by a die 8 is filled with the raw materials, the raw materials are molded in a magnetic field by a lower punch 10 and an upper punch for pressing and dehydration, and the composite integral type magnet is obtained through a baking process. A fixed quantity is ensured because of a continuous molding by extrusion while accurate boundaries are formed in a die cavity by a precise cutting, and a fixed quantity of the raw materials can be fed. |
